What information do we collect about you? We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for our products or services. The information we collect and retain may include: your name, address, email address, phone number and website usage information (collected via cookies).
Additionally financial information is obtained related to payment (e.g. credit card number and expiry date)
NOTE: No financial information is stored on our servers. This information is held securely by our payment partner Stripe. Your information will be stored by them to enable the processing of your payment.
Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
Any information that you give us will never be given or sold to any other organisation under any circumstance without your express permission except to (1) our online payment provider in connection with your processing your order, (2) couriers and other subcontractors for the purpose of fulfilling your order
Marketing. If you have subscribed to our marketing emails, either via the opt-in tick box at checkout, mailing list sign up on our homepage, or verbally we will send you information about products and services of ours which we think would be of interest. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at any point.
We use a company called Mailchimp to send our email marketing. If you have consented to receiving marketing then your name and email address will be stored on their secure systems as well. This information will only be used by us and cannot be accessed by any other company.
